I think Ukrainian nature could be described as harmony between between man and nature. Look at these pictures and think of the emotions they bring.
This is the true Ukrainian nature. You will not find here immense excitement for it doesn’t have extreme colours or odd forms, but what you will truly enjoy is the peace and composure of it. Ukrainian nature is moderate-coloured, tender and melodious. It’s what the soul of a real Ukrainian man is. From times immemorial Ukrainians have been inseparably linked with nature.The land they live on gives them daily bread and that is why they have respect for it, compose songs about its beauty and write poems.
The central place in Ukrainian culture is occupied by bread. An ear of wheat is one of the Ukrainian symbols. So it’s no coincidence that the colours of our flag are yellow and blue. Yellow symbolizes a field of wheat while blue presents a clear sky above it.
